How this works is I create a custom set of management tools that allow you to edit and maintain your website's content, such as inventory or announcements, by yourself.
You take the pictures, answer a few simple questions in a posting tool and our system takes care of the rest.
You don't even have to resize the images or make thumbnails out of them, the system handles that for you too!
After posting an inventory item you can always log back in to edit things like price, if it has been sold, or anything else about the item including updating or replacing the picture images of the item itself.
I have been developing these types of systems for several years now and I pretty much have it down to an exact science.
To put together a site, I rely on a number of different code templates that I have created over the years that perform a variety specialized functions.
I simply tweak these codes to meet your exact requirements and very little has to be actually coded from scratch.
